Prerequisites: Gravity Control, +15% Psyche, Level 14
TP Cost: 0 MP Cost: 100 per round

Range: Unlimited Components: V, S, E, F (A broken clock)

You stop time, no one else can take actions other then you, and you do not activate anything that would be activated based on time or any traps, all projectiles stop moving and no one can do anything other then yourself. All attacks made by the caster occur only when this ability is dispelled. You may perform an amount of actions equal to the amount required to end the round, until you need to recast this power.

Other creatures who have access to Time Stop may cast Time Stop to move in another creatures stopped time.

Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus to all actions against gravity.
