This long, cylindrical launcher contains a spiky point, connected by a strong rope. If successfully hit by a Harpoon Gun, whatever it lands into remains latched to wherever this weapon is attached to. They cannot leave the range of up to 50m of where the Harpoon gun is without a successful Dodge Action (DC equal to attack).
