This Wilted Rose emits an aura of depression, hatred and broken promises. The wilted rose can store up to 4 charges, to gain a charge, one must sacrifice a soul to the rose, each time a charge is used, the user may force any target within their sight to retake an action and take the worse outcome. This ability can be used after the previous outcome was determined.
