The users nervous system is altered in such a way that they can slow down their perception of time. The user may activate this Cybernetic, once activated, all TP costs are removed for 1 round, and their actions do not count to the action total achieved to move to the next round, all ranged attacks do not hit their targets until the next round, and the user receives a +25% to all dodge actions, all melee attacks made by the user cannot be dodged, the effects of this Cybernetic do not work against another person using this cybernetic. After this ability is used, the user is tired, this effect only activates when the user is not afflicted with the tired condition, any effects that would temporarily remove the tired condition allow this cybernetic to be used again, but once the effect is over, immediately sends the user unconscious.
