You create a near perfect seal, that once broken, immediately obliterates the target.

By writing on a surface, you create a 1m seal which when broken by either stepping or interacting with the seal or object that the seal is on, activates the effect of any power combined with the seal, the one who broke the seal automatically fails any saves needed to prevent the effects of the seal from happening and takes the maximum effect possible from the powers put on the seal

Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus against all actions from outsiders.
