The caster creates a point in reality when this ability is first cast. When this ability is casted next, it readjusts the confines of reality to fit the circumstance in which the ability was first casted (such as causing planets to crash into a location to send a user to a new place from the explosion or causing a high amount of energy interference to create a time and space rip to a new location) and turns them to that condition, the methods which are up to the GM’s discretion.
