The caster creates a point in space in the current location they are in, once this power is casted again on a target within 10m, it relocates the target to where the caster has created through pure coincidence and random, small circumstances (such as an explosion or a person appearing and taking them) and sends them there, the methods which are up to the GM’s discretion.
Cantrip – You can intuit whether choosing a certain action will be the better option, you have a 25% chance to be correct.
Imbuement Effects Target – The target receives the effects of the power
