Double Heads
The afflicted grows a second head near their current head
Benefit – When taking a Senses based action, roll twice and take the higher result
Downside – When targets Aim for your head, they receive no downsides.
Headless
The afflicted has their head and skull migrate into their chest.
Benefit – Cannot be headshotted, immune to critical hits.
Downside – Cannot wear armour.
Unhinging Jaw
The afflicted’s jaw unhinges to very large proportions, as their smile grows from ear to ear.
Benefit – Can store up to an object of your size inside of your mouth
Downside – -10% to all Social actions except intimidation.
Skewed Features
The features on the afflicted’s face are skewed, unnatural and unsettling.
Benefit – +20% to all Intimidation actions, people must take a Composure action (DC 20) or become shaken.
Downside – +20% likely to be targeted
Unbreaking Forehead
The afflicted’s forehead enlargens drastically, hardening and creating a cover between their eyes
Benefit – Immune to all critical hits, +10% Damage Reduction
Downside – -10% to all Quick Thinking actions, cannot wear helmets.
Elemental Head
The afflicted’s head is instead replaced by an element of some type
Benefit – Your head is replaced with an Energy type of your choosing, attacking with your head deals 100 (d2%) Energy Damage.
Downside – Cannot wear helmets.
Ears
Selective Hearing
The afflicted has the ability to select and turn off their hearing at will.
Benefit – Immune to the deafened effect, you can choose to turn off your hearing at will, becoming immune to all sound related abilities and all abilities from the Acoustics Power tree.
Downside – When hearing is turned off, treat yourself as deafened.
Sharpened Ears
The afflicteds ears end at a sharp point and are much longer.
Benefit – Ears are treated as long knives and can parry targets, Attacking targets with your ears is an unarmed strike dealing slashing damage, and leaves opponents exposed when attacking them for the first time with them.
Downside – Cannot wear helmets.
Winged
The afflicteds ears are winged and have a wingspan about double the width of their face
Benefit – +20% to all Empath actions
Downside – -20% to all Deception actions
Pocketed Ears
The afflicteds ears contain large pockets in where they can store items.
Benefit – You may store one item behind each different ear
Downside – You are deafened in the ear that you’re storing items inside of.
Secret Hearer
The afflicted gains the ability to feel their ears vibrate when secrets are nearby.
Benefit – Ears will vibrate when there is an open space nearby that cannot be seen.
Downside – This ability is not accurate some of the time.
Hypersensitive Hearing
The afflicteds hearing is amazing, hearing even the most slightest of sounds
Benefit – +40% to all Senses actions based on hearing
Downside – All sonic damage is doubled, you are dazed for one round when a loud noise occurs near you.
