Mutations

Mutations are what occurs when genetics of a creature are spliced from many events, maybe backfire from a power, a dastardly experiment gone wrong, or pure experimentation on what makes up most people.
When mutations occur, the GM can choose a specific mutation and category, or roll for both results. Each mutation has to have an upside and a downside, the only way a character can get rid of a mutation is from a Greater Purify ability or stronger. Wishes may also remove mutations. When affected by a mutation, The character takes a Resistance action (DC 50) to see if they receive an effect. A character can only have up to x2 of their level in mutations, otherwise, they become a mass of flesh. Mutants bypass this rule.
