Wasp Class Machines are typically Mechas that are Huge sized, used mostly in the form of recon or lighter infantry, these machines are mass produced for war. While they may not match the strength and speed of heavier and stronger Mecha’s, their size allows them to be the most agile and accessible in tighter situations.

The standard, mass produced Mecha, Wasp Machines are simple in their design, not costing a lot to produce, they are typically used by large-scale militaries investing into Mecha for the first time. As with other mass-produced Mecha, they have a lot of modularity and storage to fit most job applications that they can possibly be used for.

Weevil, Wasp Class Machine

Designed for infiltration, movement and close quarters combat, the Weevil Mecha is renowned for it’s digging potential, being able to go through most heavy covers and cause chaos in frontline battles for it’s ability to force close-quarter encounters unlike any other Mecha.

Abilities
Drill (10 CE) – The Mecha drills into the ground, and converts their speed into a burrow speed. They may use this on any wall or surface that is less thicker then them to immediately drill through the surface.
Launch (10 CE) – The Mecha moves 100m in a single direction of their choice, all targets that are in this path receive this damage as if it were fall damage.
Gun-Ho (5 CE) – The Mecha’s next attack receives the spread (d8) property and uses no CE to attack. This replaces any spread property on the attack currently.

Spider, Wasp Class Machine

Designed for controlling crowds, the Spider Mecha is known for it’s extreme expertise in managing riots and multiple large scale conflicts, being able to disperse gaseous mist to disperse crowds and create mass stuns through electric shocks, it’s formidable eight legs allow it to traverse in most places with a great swiftness.

Abilities
Poison Gas (5 CE/round) – The Mecha releases a poisonous gas mist, targeting all creatures in a 30m radius. All creatures must take an Endure action (DC equal to pilot’s Vehicle Control modifier), on fail, they receive 100 (d2%) Poison damage per round, a success halves this damage.
Pounce (10 CE) – The Mecha moves up to 50m in any direction, if they connect with a target, they deal fall damage. The target must take a Bodyguard action (DC equal to pilot’s Vehicle Control modifier), on fail, they fall prone.
Stun (20 CE) – The Mecha fires an electric shock, causing the target to take a Resistance action (DC equal to pilot’s Vehicle Control modifier), on fail, they become stunned for 1 round.

Ladybug, Wasp Class Machine Crafting Recipe: –

Known for it’s melee capabilities, this flying tank is agile and has the ability to zoom around in combat, creating diversions and being a general wrecking ball in terms of how fast they can move. Despite their small size, they can absorb heavy attacks due to their dome-like shape and quickly-regenerating systems.

Abilities
Crush (25 CE) – The Mecha crushes a target with their next melee attack, dealing 10,000 (d2%) Bludgeoning Damage in a 3m radius. Prone targets receive double damage.
Flight (5 CE/round) – The Mecha gains a flight speed of 10m/CE
Dome (50 CE) – The Mecha creates an armoured dome around them that absorbs a single hit for all of the damage it receives. This is considered a defensive action and always goes first.

Moth, Wasp Class Machine

Filling various support roles in combat, this Mecha has multiple defensive and utility abilities that it can use to reveal others, and mimic abilities of other Mecha. It is used mainly as a vehicle that functions as field intelligence and reconnaissance, with it’s ability to fly, it can soar over multiple places and uplink various mechas, before taking abilities from others and crashing down to infiltrate if needed.

Abilities
Flight (5 CE/round) – The Mecha gains a flight speed of 10m/CE
Shimmer (20 CE) – The Mecha creates a bright shimmer that removes all homing effects on all attacks targeting it.
Uplink (50 CE) – The Mecha uplinks to other nearby Mechas in a 1km radius, revealing all nearby Mechas and choosing a target to choose from, the target must take a Vehicle Control action (DC equal to pilot’s Technomancy), on fail, the Pilot may copy one ability of the target Mecha to it’s own abilities. Only one ability may be copied at a time.

Mantis, Wasp Class Machine

Mantis Mecha are known for their combative abilities, promoting aggression when fighting in combat, with abilities that reflect projectiles and it’s great in-built coolants that allow for a refresh in the core energy, allowing it to fight longer without being restrained to a charging pillar. These Mecha’s are well sought after for their combat aggression and strength.

Abilities
Emergency Coolant (0 CE) – The Mecha releases an Emergency Coolant that restores 100 CE. This ability may be only used once per encounter.
Defensive Measures (25 CE/round) – The Pilot sacrifices their Dual-Wield action to allow the Mecha to reflect all projectiles this round to it’s attacker.
Quicken (50 CE) – The Mecha provokes no exposure when performing it’s next action.

Caterpillar, Wasp Class Machine

A long, train-like Mecha that is known for it’s high defensive capabilities, normally used to transport large convoys of equipment and items towards multiple destinations, this Mecha’s defensive capabilities allow it to remain nearly untouched by most forms of damage, while also being a great battering ram towards all targets that get in it’s path.

Abilities
Spikes (15 CE/round) – The Mecha grows multiple spikes on it’s body, all Melee attacks performed on the Mecha deal 50% of the damage received to the attacker.
Defensive Skin (25 CE/round) – The Mecha reduces all incoming damage by 50% and gains a Passive DT of 100.
Barge (20 CE) – The Mecha moves 20m in a single direction, destroying everything in it’s way, and dealing a critical Unarmed Mech Strike to all targets that it passes through. All targets hit by this strike are knocked back by 40m.

Known for it’s ability to carry and deliver, the Bee Mecha is great for it’s agility, built-in flight systems and capabilities of carrying large amounts, used as a bomber in some aspects for this ability, the Bee Mecha is great for delivery companies looking for delivering heavy cargo.

Flight (5 CE/round) – The Mecha gains a flight speed of 10m/CE
Stinger (5 CE) – The Mecha fires a single homing missile at a target within 500m which deals 20,000 (d2%) Explosive Damage
Harvest (10 CE/round) – all Non-Modification items do not take up any Mech Slots while this is active.
