This small, wrist device allows the wearer to travel in time for a long period of time. Using this device takes 1 minute to charge, before teleporting the wearer to any destination in time that they would like to travel to. They may also choose a general location as well as a type of parallel universe. The device takes 24 hours to charge, all cooldowns of this device cannot be boosted or changed by any time altering effects.

Travelling through time is very risky, with a 50% chance of failure, breaking the device and a 10% chance to create a paradox when used, dealing 1,000 Quantum Damage to the wearer. You may also hit the device to use its effects instantly, teleporting you up to a minute ahead or back in time (flip a coin to determine), however, this breaks the device immediately, with a 50% chance of creating a paradox. You may hit the device without any charges to gain this effect as well.

A broken device may still be used, however, you have a 50% chance of destroying the device upon use, and a further 50% chance of creating a paradox when used successfully. Hitting the device also has a 1% chance of working in this state. You do not regenerate any charges while the device is broken, and all charges go away upon breaking of the device.

The chance of failure is reduced by 10% per rank (min 0%), Paradox causing is reduced by 10% (min 5%) and you are 10% less likely to destroy the device (min 0%). When broken, the device is 5% more likely to be used when hit per rank (max 26%). The device gains 1 extra charge per rank (max 6) which charge independently from one another.
