This small, topaz ring with various letters engraved into it. For 2 TP, the ring allows it’s wearer to change, add or remove a single letter from any perk, power or feat, changing it’s properties entirely to match the newly created ability (with GM discretion). The effect goes away when they have used said ability or action using the ability.

The wearer gains +1 letter per rank (max 6) to use on the ability, they may apply the letter to any ability and aren’t restricted to just one ability.
