Neurotoxin is a very strong poison which acts fast, it directly attacks the nervous system of the target once entering the body, causing them to drop to the ground, completely disabling them entirely before slowly turning off every other functioning part of the body. To resist the poisons effects, one must take a Metabolism Action (DC 100%)
