Benefit – Choose a magic descriptor (e.g. Fire, Ice, Nature, Air.), you gain a +20% chance to hit and effects are 20% more powerful when using perks or powers with the descriptor you chose
Downside – Choose a magic descriptor (e.g. Fire, Ice, Nature, Air.), you gain a -20% chance to hit and effects are 20% less powerful when using perks or powers with the descriptor you chose
