Benefits – You regenerate MP and SP equal to half of your damage taken and dealt. You regenerate 100 MP and SP for every target you reduce to 0 HP.
Downsides – You start with 0 MP and SP, and lose any MP and SP on rest. Your MP and SP slowly reduce by 50 per hour.
