Shot Caller

You call the shots and do your own rolls.

Benefits – You gain the ability to roll for all of your own actions on a d20. For each +5% modifier you have, you gain a +1 bonus to the roll, and for each -5% modifier that you have, you gain a -1 penalty to the roll. Every 5% for a DC is equal to 1. A natural 20 is a critical success, and a natural 1 is a critical failure.
Downsides – Your luck modifier doesn’t affect your critical success and failure chance.
