You create a rune to cast abilities through.

TP Cost: 1 MP Cost: 50 per round
Descriptors: Enhancer Casting: Intellect
Range: Touch Components: S, E

You create a rune in a 1m3 space. Choose the school of power that the rune is from (e.g. Destruction, Restoration, Necromancy, etc.). All powers from that school casted through this rune cost half of the MP required, and emit double their effects.

Cantrip – You gain a +10% bonus to all actions made to decipher writing and languages

Imbuement Effects
Weapon – You may cast powers through your weapon, the MP and SP cost of all of your powers when cast through the weapon are halved, This effect lasts for 1 day.
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
