Range: 3m radius centred on you Components: V, S, E
You heal all targets in a 3m radius for up to 250 (d2%) hit points per level. You may touch someone to automatically heal them to their maximum amount of HP.
Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus to stabilising targets.
Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon’s attack deals quadruple of the effects of the power.
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
