You create inherent chaos, disorder and destruction to all targets
Prerequisites: Frenzy, +15% Intellect, Level 8
TP Cost: 2 MP Cost: 100 per round

You create pure and utter chaos within a 100m radius, all targets must take a Composure Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on fail, the targets are all enraged, and attempt to attack eachother, others, and destroy everything by any means necessary, with no regard for any laws or reason. They are entirely conscious while this occurs, this effect ends when the ability is no longer being cast, or until one target remains.
Cantrip – For each negative condition the caster has on them, they gain a +15% critical chance bonus (max 100%)
