Range: Touch Components: V, S, E, M (beating heart of the creature’s race around C$10)

You target a creature that has died within the last hour. You immediately bring the creature back to life at 1 HP. They take a -25% to all ability scores for the next month due to the revival process being very jarring and unnatural. Targets do not need to worry of death effects, as these are all reversed.
