You invoke mental strain on a target, giving them the stressed condition for as long as this ability is active, the target must take a Composure Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier). On fail, they take 100 Mental Damage each round that this ability is active.
Cantrip – You receive a +10% bonus to determine what memories are real or not.

Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
