You stop a target in their tracks.

You stop a target from moving, paralysing them. They must take a Dodge action (DC caster’s Social modifier). On fail, they are frozen in place, unable to take any actions. Any powers that would be in effect are still in effect unless the caster decides to stop casting them. The target may take a Dodge action to try to move again.

Cantrip – You receive a +10% bonus against being petrified or paralysed.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon’s attack deals the effects of the power.
Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
