You target a living creature. They must take a Sleeplessness action (DC Caster’s Senses modifier), On fail, they are immediately tired, if the target already has this effect, they are exhausted**, if they already have this effect, they are sent unconscious for 8 hours unless woken up via loud noises, liquid splashed on their face, etc.

Cantrip – You gain a +10% bonus to resist all effects that make you tired.
