The target must take a Rationale action (DC Caster’s Social modifier). On fail, they are drawn to you, and will listen and follow basic requests that you ask of it for as long as the power is active. The target will treat you as its friend.

Cantrip – You receive a +10% bonus to all actions made to keep a positive appearance about yourself.
