You target a 3m radius, all creatures must take a Metabolism action (DC caster’s Senses Modifier), if they fail, all targets are drunk, confused and enraged, they will have no recollection of any events that happen when this ability is in effect
Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus against all effects related to being drunk
