You fire a stream of water at a target, dealing 100 (d2%) Bludgeoning damage on a successful hit. If the target has been hit by this ability, they receive double damage from all Electric damage for 1 minute.

Cantrip – You can minorly summon and control water to do small tricks or fill up to a shot glass.

Imbuement Effects
Weapon – The weapon deals +10% of its damage as Bludgeoning
Armour – The wearer gains +10% damage reduction against Bludgeoning
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
