You energise particles to release a powerful bolt of electricity.

You summon lightning and fire it with an extreme force, all targets in a 5m radius take 200 (d4%) electric damage, the target in the centre of this radius takes an additional 200 Electric damage and falls prone. Any targets that were hit by this lightning and are adjacent to other targets at the time cause all targets adjacent to take 100 Electric damage.
Cantrip – You can generate electricity moderately to shock people in a manner similar to static electricity and cause their hair to stand on ends. You may also shock a target via touch that is at death’s door to stabilise them, granting them 1 wound.

Weapon – The weapon deals +30% of its damage as Electric
Armour – The wearer gains +30% Damage Reduction to Electric
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
