You entrap your target in a bubble of water
Prerequisites: Water, +10% Nerve, Level 5
TP Cost: 1 MP Cost: 50 per round

You encase the target in a bubble of water, forcing them to start immediately suffocating. The target must take a Dodge Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on fail, they can no longer move and cannot hold their breath, immediately taking suffocation damage. This ability has no effect if the target can breathe in water.
Cantrip – You can moderately summon and control water to do tricks or fill up a pint.
Imbuement Effects
Weapon – The weapon deals +20% of its damage as Bludgeoning
Armour – The wearer gains +20% damage reduction against Bludgeoning
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
