You freeze the very atoms of a target.
Prerequisites: Greater Frost, +15% Intellect, Level 10

You freeze a single target to their core, The target must take an Endure Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on fail, they take 300 (d2%) Frost Damage and become petrified for 1 round. Their body takes double damage for as long as this ability is in effect. On success, the damage reduced by the ability is halved, and they are not petrified.
Cantrip – You generate a moderate frost effect that you can use to perform tricks, such as keeping a drink cool or turning a small puddle of water into solid ice.
Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon deals +30% of its damage in Frost Damage
Armour – The wearer gains +30% Damage Reduction against Frost
Target – The target gains +30% Damage Reduction against Frost
