You send your commands to summons without speaking.

You can control a creature that has been summoned through telepathy. If the creature was summoned by you, the creature cannot take an action to stop you, however, if it was summoned by someone else, the creature must take a Rationale action (DC caster’s Intellect Modifier). On success, the creature resists the command.

You may grant the creature more complex commands (such as using technology and doing complex maneuvers like various special attacks), other then commanding it to kill itself

Cantrip – You gain a +20% bonus when operating complex devices.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The wielder treats the weapon as if it were summoned, it can now follow the commands of the wielder and can move at 4m/TP
Armour – The wearer treats the weapon as if it were summoned, it can now follow the commands of the wearer and can move at 4m/TP
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
