You command a summon to perform an action.

You can control a creature that has been summoned through vocal commands. If the creature was summoned by you, the creature cannot take an action to stop you, however, if it was summoned by someone else, the creature may roll a Rationale action (DC caster’s Intellect Modifier) to resist the effect.

You may grant the creature simple commands, other then commanding it to kill itself.

Cantrip – You gain a +10% bonus when operating complex devices.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The wielder treats the weapon as if it were summoned, it can now follow the commands of the wielder and can move at 2m/TP
Armour – The wearer treats the weapon as if it were summoned, it can now follow the commands of the wearer and can move at 2m/TP
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
