You attempt to capture an unconscious creature or it’s soul. The creature takes a Composure Action (DC Caster’s Psyche Modifier), on fail, the creature or it’s soul is transported into a pocket dimension and are rendered into stasis. The caster may summon this creature whenever they would like to for no TP cost, it acts as if it were affected by the Summon power.
Cantrip – You gain a +10% bonus to capturing creatures using nets, rope, etc.
