You’ve learnt how to be flashy about your reloads, getting a slight bit of flair while doing so.

Prerequisites: Lightning Reload, +15% Agility, Level 5
TP Cost: x0.25 SP Cost: 60

Range: Touch Components: S

You reload a weapon at 1/4 of the TP cost that it would normally take to reload said weapon. You can fit +2 extra bullets in the magazine and may perform a melee attack while reloading.

Cantrip – You receive a +30% bonus to all reload actions.
