You look at the target and immediately diagnose them of all the current conditions afflicting them. You can see everything that the target is affected by (e.g. conditions, afflictions, effects) and what caused it. The caster may choose to half the length and intensity of the effects after casting this ability. For no cost, you may cast a Heal or Cure ability on the target after casting this perk.
