You insult your target, The target takes a Composure action (DC equal to Social Modifier). On fail, the target becomes enraged to you for 1 minute. On success, they are instead scornful. All attacks made against the harassed target while enraged automatically succeed.

Cantrip – You receive a +30% chance to hit and to damage scornful or enraged targets.
