This book is an enchanted device with multiple pages, holding 10 powers at a time, the caster can block a power completely with this book, once the power has been blocked, they gain the ability to cast that power at no MP cost or Power Potency Penalty. It is treated as if the book was imbued by the power. Miracle, Wish and Duplicate or similar powers cannot be attained by this book.
