You have a sealed creature within you

Benefits – Choose 1 RL 20 creature or lower. You may gain one ability that this creature has that you can use at will, as if you were the creature. Using this ability costs your HP. Downsides – On your own death, this creature immediately exits your body, and attacks everything that it sees until it is defeated. The creature has it’s RL equalling to your level plus it’s RL.
