Benefit - +25% to all Stealth actions and Social actions, Defensive actions cost half the TP amount.
Downside - -40% chance to hit with all attacks. When attacking, your attacks deal non-lethal damage, if they wouldn’t be able to deal non-lethal damage, they instead automatically miss.
