You scribe a power into a scroll, creating a power that anyone can use.

Prerequisites: Soul Trap, +15% Intellect, Level 8
TP Cost: 4 MP Cost: 100

Range: Touch Components: V, S, I (A paper scroll)

You engrave a power or perk into a scroll. Those who read from this scroll gain the ability to use this power once at no MP or SP cost, even if they don’t have the prerequisites to use the power. Making the scroll uses the MP or SP cost of the ability and the MP cost of this power to create. The scroll may be sold for C$0.2 per level of power (max C$0.6).

The scroll loses it’s effectiveness once read, and becomes an empty piece of paper.
