Power Sacrifice

You sacrifice your magic potential to focus on other areas of yourself.

Prerequisites: Not owning both Feat Sacrifice or Perk Sacrifice.

You sacrifice all powers you would gain beyond this level, and gain +1 perk or feat per level from now on. You may still gain powers through other methods e.g. Items that give powers. If you own either Feat Sacrifice or Perk Sacrifice, you cannot use the +1 point gained to get a power and may only use what you have available (e.g. Power and Perk Sacrifice means you gain 3 feats per level)
