You can message other creatures immediately, even if you’re not in the same universe.

Prerequisites: Send, +10% Intellect, Level 6
TP Cost: 2 MP Cost: 50
Descriptors: Mental, Utility Casting: Intellect
Range: Unlimited Components: None

You send a message to a creature whose name you know and have seen before in the same plane that this power is cast. This message must be no more then 300 words. The creature can respond to you immediately after in 300 words or less should they choose to.

Cantrip – You gain a +20% bonus to all actions made to decipher spoken language.
