You convince targets to go out in the most devastating way possible.

You cause a target to inflict the most amount of pain on themselves and others at the same time. The target must take a Morale action (DC caster’s Intellect Modifier). On fail, they attack all targets in their sight by any means necessary. If they see no one, the target tries to kill themselves immediately. The target will always prefer means that deal damage to themselves and others at the same time.

Cantrip – You deal +20% additional damage when using Bleed or related powers.
