Prerequisites: Brain Fog, +10% Intellect, Level 4

Range: 20m radius centred on the caster Components: V
You induce those nearby into mass hysterics, all targets within a 20m radius must take a Composure Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on fail, The targets are all panicked, and immediately scatter away, running as fast as they can for as long as this ability has been cast. They immediately run at the sight of you, and those that the targets communicate to while this ability is active automatically are panicked as well.
Cantrip – You receive a +20% bonus against all Hex abilities.
