You create a deep, and confusing mental fog.

You create a mental fog for all creatures except you and your allies within a 50m radius. The targets must take a Composure Action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on fail, they cannot take any Quick-Thinking Actions, and automatically fail against any mental abilities.

Cantrip – You receive a +10% bonus against all Hex abilities.
