You use the potential energy in a target for your own purposes

You steal the energy of your target. Choose their HP, MP or SP. The target takes an Endure action (DC Caster’s Psyche Modifier), on fail, you steal 100 HP, MP or SP from the target, the amount drained is given to the caster.
Cantrip – You gain the ability to detect all life in a 2m radius, you only know that it is there, not the direction of where the life is.
Imbuement Effects
Weapon – Attacks made cause the target to receive the effects of this power
Armour – When struck with a melee weapon, the attacker receives the effects of this power
Target – The target receives the effects of the power
