You create a bright light which wards away darkness, blinding those that see it.

You create a 20m radius of light that shines the area with an extreme brightness, you may use this light to blind creatures for 1 minute. This counteracts all darkness powers unless true darkness is casted onto this power, in which case both are cancelled out.

Cantrip – You receive a +20% bonus against all actions made to be blinded by light.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon deals +20% of its damage as Radiant
Armour – The wearer gains +20% Damage Reduction against Radiant Damage
Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
