You conjure an unnatural, but true darkness.

Prerequisites: Darkness, +10% Senses, Level 4
TP Cost: 2 MP Cost: 50 per round
Descriptors: Energy, Dark Casting: Senses
Range: 100m, 20m radius Components: S, E

You create a 20m radius of darkness that no one can see through normally. Creatures with darkvision cannot see in this darkness. This completely counteracts all light powers unless true light is casted onto this power, then both are cancelled out.

Cantrip – You are invisible in Darkness or darker

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon deals +20% of its damage as Necrotic
Armour – The wearer gains +20% Damage Reduction against Necrotic Damage
Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
