You silence a single target, preventing them from speaking or using the Vocal component for any powers, perks or abilities that requires the component for as long as this ability is active, the Target may take a Confidence action (DC Caster’s Intellect Modifier), on success, the ability is dispelled.
Cantrip – You receive a +10% bonus against being silenced.
