You create a circle of light, all darkness immediately is lit up while in this circle, changing the light level to Bright Light. This counteracts the darkness power if casted onto it.

Cantrip – You receive a +10% bonus against all actions made to be blinded by light.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon deals +10% of its damage as Radiant
Armour – The wearer gains +10% Damage Reduction against Radiant Damage
Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
