You create a circle of darkness, all light immediately disappears while in this darkness, changing the light level to Darkness. This counteracts the light power if casted onto it.

Imbuement Effect
Weapon – The weapon deals +10% of its damage as Necrotic
Armour – The wearer gains +10% Damage Reduction against Necrotic Damage
Target – The target receives the effects of the power.
